Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send photos of the packaging and the items to support@londoria.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
