Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.

After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colours
  • Alternative products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be shipped free of charge (standard delivery).

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
You’ll receive a refund for the full product value (excluding shipping costs where applicable).

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and labels
  • Be free from damage, stains, or strong odours
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return Shipping Costs

We offer Free returns on all orders.

  • Our Error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item):
    We cover 100% of the return shipping costs and will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Customer Preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.):
    We also provide a return solution at no additional cost, ensuring a simple and hassle-free return experience.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@londoria.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return instructions.

Return Methods

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Royal Mail or another reliable UK courier) when returning your item.

Please ensure you keep your tracking receipt until your return has been successfully received and processed.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit before reaching our warehouse.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

Our Responsibilities

  • Responding to return requests within 24–48 business hours.
  • Inspecting returned items fairly and professionally.
  • Processing refunds and exchanges promptly within the stated 7-day window.

Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Provide an accurate tracking number once the return is shipped.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a full refund or a free replacement immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full, immediate refund. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case the standard return policy applies.

Items Returned Without Approval

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
